Warm up:
1x 300meters swim
1x 300meters kick (50m on your side
then 50m on your back NO KICK BOARD!!!
Actual workout:
5x 200m (each 200 is on 3:10(3 minutes 10 seconds)start
the next 200 when the 3 minutes 10 seconds are up)
1x 300m easy (50 your choice then 50 free until done)
4x 200m (each 200 is on 3:05(3 minutes 5 seconds)start
the next 200 when the 3:00 is up)
1x 300m easy (50 your choice then 50 free until done)
3x 200m (each 200 is on 3:00(3 minutes)start
the next 200 when the 3:00 is up)
5x 100m kick(50 butterfly kick then 50 your choice kick
Warm down:
12x 50m pull with paddles
Total workout = 4700 meters
